Reminds me of an experience I had in London a few years ago. London Underground were very helpful in locating a lost 19 year old cousin on the system. I wrote them, thanking them for their help, and got a letter back from their PR people actually expressing surprise that someone wrote in to thank them for their efforts.

I did that for 2 years until this November when I decided I was worth more than simply a paycheck and decided to leave my full-time. I've been freelancing since while I look for the right fit and I wouldn't change a thing.<br><br>Probably not smart to quit without another job lined up, but there comes a time when you realize life is too short and valuable to NOT be doing something you're passionate about and love.
